Battlestate Games has released a new Escape from Tarkov Promo code, but this time around, its reward seems like a joke. The latest free bundle offers what some players might consider one of the worst possible combinations Escape from Tarkov objects.
Over the years, Battlestate has been relatively consistent in offering freebies to its fans. In many cases, such promotional offers were relayed by Escape from Tarkov Director and owner of Battlestate Nikita Buyanov.
Escape From Tarkov Director Reveals Updates Planned For Rest Of 2025
Escape from Tarkov's game director reveals some planned updates coming to the game for the rest of 2025.
Continuing the trend, Buyanov took to Twitter on December 7 to share another Escape from Tarkov Promo code. While he described it as a “special promo”, the offer turned out to be a joke. The corresponding code, “PAY2WIN“is clearly satirical, as its content is neither paid nor does it meaningfully increase the chances of winning in any scenario. Although some fans have already alleged that some parties Escape from Tarkov Pay-to-win is not a widely agreed-upon view, and it is unclear whether Buyanov intended the code as a cue for that criticism.

The newly shared code will eventually include 12 dual sabot slugs, a grenade fuse, a GP coin, croutons, a Tac-Kek FAST MT (replica) helmet, a transformer bag, a TOZ-106 bolt-action shotgun, and “p. Escape from Tarkov As players can attest, this is one of the worst possible item combinations a free bundle could possibly offer.
What's so bad about avoiding Tarkov's joke bundle?
On the combat side, the 12/70 dual sabot slugs only have 17 penetration power, which is nowhere near enough compared to the class 4+ plates most players wear, making their 85 damage rating largely moot. The TOZ-106 isn't very useful, being a bolt-action shotgun with a small 2-4-round magazine that cycles slowly and access to a poor ammo pool, making it a terrible choice for even the most price-conscious. Escape from Tarkov Builds PvP. Rounding out the list of weapons and ammo bundles is a 20x1mm toy gun — also known as a bleaky — a meme item with absolutely incredible ballistic properties.
Looking at the defensive side of things, the Tac-Kek FAST MT found in this bundle is a replica with no ballistic rating, as an armor class of 1 makes it useless as a helmet. Escape from Tarkov get Meanwhile, the included T-Bag only offers nine slots, making it one of the least effective carry options in a hit extraction shooter. The provisions and trinkets featured in the bundle don't help much, either: croutons restore minus 20 energy at the cost of -10 hydration, the UZRGM fuse is a crafting part that can't be thrown on its own, and the GP coin is just barter fodder.
Buyanov did not clarify how long the “pay-to-win” promo code will be available to redeem. Since it produces nothing but joke bundles, it's possible that Battlestate plans to keep it active indefinitely, or at least for much longer than usual. Escape from Tarkov Freebie.
