The late Akira Toriyama will be an enduring figure in anime history who paved the way for every writer who came after him.

It is common knowledge that Goku is the strongest character Dragon Ball series. However, there are many others with the same power who have achieved amazing feats throughout the series. One of the most popular characters is Goku's son, Gohan. While Gohan may not be the fighter his father was, he still has a huge list of accomplishments, which makes him even more impressive considering some of the OP moments he had as a child. Gohan v. Bojack

The Dragon Ball The films are not directly considered canon, but regardless of their contribution to the legacy Dragon Ball It would be an insult to them. At the top of the list, one of Gohan's most impressive moments is his fight against the alien space pirate Bojack.

Through events, BoJack finds himself on Earth and proceeds to wreak havoc. The Z Fighters soon found him on the battlefield, minus Goku but with Future Trunks. Bojack tore through Earth's defenders, taking them all at once and barely breaking a sweat. It wasn't until Gohan gave up his limits that he turned the tables on Bojack and his posse, obliterating them in an instant.

Gohan's most defining arc was during the Cell Saga. The Perfect Android had created a tournament to determine the fate of the world and offered the Z Fighters a chance to fight for its survival. The final battle came in Gohan vs. Cell, a confrontation full of unexpected moments, including Gohan being the first to achieve Super Saiyan 2.

Pushed to the edge after seeing his loved ones beaten and hurt, once Gohan let go of his limits, he also let go of his restraints. Cell Jr. was knocked out with a single blow which showed how strong Gohan had become in such a short time.

Upon arriving on Earth, Gohan faced off against Super Buu, who had seemed invincible up to this point. In a shocking performance, Gohan made Buu look like a child, surpassing him in strength, speed and power.

With a single blow to Cell's stomach, all but Gohan rendered the false opponent helpless. Suffering too much pain, Cell's body responded to the blow by forcing him to regain Android 18 and returning him to his semi-full form.

The evil Red Ribbon Army not only created two super soldiers, but also resurrected the android Cell into a terrifying new form. Gohan had to reach deep within himself and unlock a new transformation called the Beast. Although not much information is provided about this new form, it's impressive to see Gohan achieve something his father couldn't.

The final battle between Future Gohan and the androids begins, and while the androids are incredibly powerful, Gohan gives it his all and makes his last stand. One-armed and focused, this is one of Gohan's best moments in the series, even if it ends with his tragic death.
