Crimson Desert: How to complete the Warren Outlaw Bounty

The Warren Bounty mission in the Crimson Desert is due to another quest that players need to complete first.

Still, if players want to solve bounties early to earn silver coins and contribution points, nothing stops them from doing so. The process of capturing Simon de Montfort does not involve any mandatory combat, so the only obstacle players may encounter is a blocked route. Don't worry, because there's still a way to get Simon's Bounty much faster, which we'll cover below.

How to find and capture Simon de Montfort in the Crimson Desert

  1. Simon de Montfort's (Monport) Bounty Poster can be obtained during exploration of Hernand Village as one of the many purple poster icons you can find on the minimap, usually pinned to notice boards and wooden poles.

  2. Once his notice is received, players must learn the details for an optional quest to make it trackable in the journal and map.

  3. Simon de Montfort was last seen Near Nectarwood ApiaryLocated not far from Hernand city, Southwest on the map, outside the Witchwoods.

  4. His exact position is correct Near Lake Kharonso, in the Everfrost BasinAs shown in the map image above.
  5. The journey to find and capture Simon de Montfort is the hardest part, as you have to go through several heavily guarded areas on the map, such as Fort Pervin and Pervin Quarry. It's possible that every enemy can be overcome, though, so don't worry.

  6. Another obstacle on the way to Simon is the blocked route if one follows the same route to the destination. This barrier can be broken through Focus: The Force Palm, obtained in Chapter 4Which most players won't get early access to. Again, don't worry; Sticking close to the hills to your left, it's possible to use a detour around the roadblock on horseback.

  7. After reaching Lake Kharonso, Simon de Montfort will not fight, but he may flee when he sees you.

  8. Follow him and tackle him (X/A), then hit him several times before the prompt appears to tie up.

  9. Having properly bound Simon de Montfort, put him on his horse, and prepare for the long journey to Hernand. Unfortunately, you cannot use fast travel to deliver bounties immediately.

Like almost any reward Crimson DesertSimon de Montfort would rather be alive than dead. If you kill him, you will only receive half of the promised reward of 8 silver coins.
