How to complete Substory #3 so fast, soba delivery run in Yakuza Kiwami 3
After Kiryu arrived in downtown Ryukyu In Chapter 2, head south of the Public Market to find the NPCs at Soba Noodle. Once you speak with these NPCs, you can start Substory #3: So Fast, Soba Delivery Run!
You'll want to save your progress before agreeing to the substory, because there's a time limit where you can fail.
After you agree to help Waruba the manager and the part-timer, Kiryu will be asked Deliver food items in a specific order within 5 minutes. The exact order of delivery at So Fast Soba Delivery is as follows:

How to make a soba delivery within 5 minutes in Yakuza Kiwami 3
On the downtown Ryukyu map, you'll want to follow the markers we've highlighted with red circles from north to east, then north again, and finally, southwest. The order is listed above, and this is the best way to complete deliveries within 5 minutes for maximum rewards.
Karyushi Arcade and Ryukyu Blvd. There are 4 delivery locations close to each other, so send Kiryu in that direction first. Now, it's time to head north to reach Hatsumachi Street, where you can scream your lungs out and knock on Higa-san's door, which requires you to hold on to the left stick. Finally, head south on Inari St., Hatsumachi to reach Chinen-san, but hold on to the left stick to stay still.
If you manage to complete all the deliveries within the time limit, you will be Rewarded with 10,000 Yen and Stamina X.
You should sprint to each location with X/R2 to make sure you are going at Kiryu's top speed!
