How to get Magicarp in Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen
Two quick ways to get inside Magikarp Pokemon Fire Red and Leaf Green:
- MagiCorp Salesman: The NPC at the Pokemon Center on Route 4 sells a Magikarp for ¥500. This Pokémon Center is located near the entrance to Mount Moon.
- old rod: You can get the Old Rod in Vermilion City by talking to the Fisherman in the house next to the Pokemon Center. Use an old rod on any body of water in the game, and you'll instantly find a Magicarp.
