How to get Hisuian Qwilfish

The best bench we recommend for rerolls Right next to the Nouveau Cafe (where Grisham works) right next to Wild Zone 20. Not only is it one of the most central locations, but there is a bench that you can quickly find behind you, after a quick trip.
