How to unlock blue skin
It doesn't matter how long you stand in the cold. What matters is that you Trigger persistent frostspore infection Frostwave event buff during season. This means you will need Get the snowflake icon buff for six consecutive daysfor At least a minute each day.
Six days after triggering the Frostspore Infection buff, you will Unlock the ice crystal skinWhich goes perfectly with all the themed items from the Acorn Store available this season.
When prompted by NPCs, skins will become available later as the event progresses.
The best places to trigger a frostspore infection are listed below:
- Around the fishing village. From the east entrance, across the bridge over the Giantwood River.
- Onsen around the mountain. Ruin under the bridge is a good start!
- In the city center. Especially, on the road between the residential road and the art road.
