Trainers can get Eevee for free Top floor of Celadon mansionWhich is located next to the Pokemon Center of Celadon City Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen.
To the right of the Celadon City Pokémon Center is a narrow path that players can access through the back entrance of a neighboring building, called the Celadon Mansion (the path shown in the screenshot above).

Can you evolve Eevee into Umbreon or Espeon in Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen?
No, you can't. Eevee evolves into Umbreon with high friendship at night, and it evolves into Espeon with high friendship during the day.
