How to get invincible in World of Warcraft
Invincible Icecrown is a rare drop from CitadelIcecrown, a raid located in Northrend. Icecrown Citadel is the largest structure in all of the area, so it's very hard to miss. Invincible only drops on heroic 25-man difficultySo make sure you have that setup before entering the raid. The drop rate for Invincible is estimated at less than one percent.
Some players will get lucky and get the mount in a few tries, while others may not even see it after raiding for years. Icecrown Citadel can be farmed once per character per week. You can park multiple characters outside the raid and run it several times a week, but that's more likely to give you burnout than a mount.
Icecrown Citadel Walkthrough
For players unfamiliar with Raid, here are a few things to keep in mind. At level 50+ you can easily solo Icecrown Citadel in Heroic 25-man. There is also an area wide buff that increases your damage and healing, making it even easier. Just make sure your character isn't using chrome time, as you'll be unable to enter the raid.
The first two bosses are unremarkable, but you'll need to handle the third encounter in a very specific way to save time. When you talk to Muradin (Alliance) or Saurfang (Horde), immediately run up to a cannon and right-click to “enter” it. Start spamming '1' as soon as possible to build heat, but don't let it go above 97. If it reaches 100, the cannon overheats and cannot be used for a while.
When the opposing faction's gunship comes within range, hit '2' to deal massive damage. If you are around 90 heat, this will be enough to completely deplete the opposing ship's health before the encounter begins. Basically, what will happen is that the cannons will accumulate, and you will have to board the enemy ship to kill the battle spawn. But by hitting the ship before the encounter starts, you can do enough damage that it ends once the fight starts, and you can skip that phase entirely.
After hitting the ship, make sure you exit the cannon right before the encounter starts, as the game will sometimes make a mistake and send you falling to your death.
From here, continue printing as normal. In Plagueworks, there are two valves that you have to activate to reach Professor Putricide. The first is in the room with Rotface, and the second is in the same room as Festergut, the other two bosses of the Plagueworks.
In the Frost Wing, you will face a boss called the Valythria Dreamwalker. If you have no healing abilities, it's best to skip this encounter. The door is open behind him, so you can proceed to Sindragosa. Alternatively, if you have any healing spells, you can simply start the encounter, heal the boss to full health, and you win.
When you clear all three wings at the top of Icecrown Citadel, the teleporter in the center of the ice pillar will activate. Standing on it takes you straight to the Lich King. Unlike other bosses in Icecrown Citadel, you cannot one-shot the boss as soon as the encounter starts.
When the Lich King's health drops below 10%, he will cast Fury of Frostmorne. Before becoming legacy material, this ability would instantly kill all players. Despite looking like a wipe, getting to this part of the encounter basically means you win. The Lich King cannot be killed until the subsequent RP sequence ends. When you hear the cry of Terenas Menethil II: “Rise, Champions of Light!”, you are clear to strike the final blow. If you're lucky, you'll see Invincible's Reins as a lootable item from the Lich King.
Does the black market auction house seem invincible?
Rare mounts and other cosmetics show up at the Black Market auction house all the time, and this includes Ajinkya. Note, however, that this is a highly desired mount, which means the auction for it will get expensive really fast. As an example, a recent auction for Invincible closed at 7,000,000 gold. While you can get an Ajinkya through a black market auction house, it will be a very expensive auction if you manage a winning bid.
