Take full advantage of the support category Battlefield 6Not only do you need to respawn on the ball, but you also need to respawn and heal your teammates. Especially if you want to unlock everything the class has to offer.
That's because one of the first challenges for a support is to heal teammates for 5,000 health. Doing so unlocks the M320A1 SMK, or Smoke Grenade Launcher, while also opening up an award track for the fire support training path. So, apart from keeping your teammates alive…there are plenty of incentives to keep them alive, which you should be doing (please revive – please).
The smoke grenade launcher unlocking challenge is currently bugged, it doesn't track correctly for some players.
How to heal teammates
Thankfully, the cure in Battlefield 6 is pretty simple. The support is equipped with a supply bag by defaultJune Constantly replenishes and heals itself and close allies.
Not to be confused with the Supply Pouch, which is unlocked on the Expert track.

You can also pick up the bag and move it. If it is destroyed by enemies, another will be provided after a short cooldown.

The first challenge on the support track rewards you for healing teammates with a smoke grenade launcher, which is useful for reviving covered allies in open areas.
What you need to do to complete the challenge:
- Heal teammates for 5,000 health.
- Earn 10,000 scores while playing as a support.
Self-healing and sElf-inflicted damage does not count towards the challengeLike if a teammate throws a grenade at your feet and then uses your supply bag. But falling damage does calculation. So, if your friend jumps off the ledge, heals with your bag, and repeats, you can easily grind out 5,000 points.
That being said, throwing bags at a mob of injured teammates is useful both as a support player and quickly.
