How to unlock Lightning in Crimson Desert
- The Lightning Surge and Lightning Elemental Immunity skills are unlocked through Yard of Precision.

How to Complete a Yard of Precision in Crimson Desert

Once you arrive at the Courtyard of Precision, you can turn north to find 5 patterns, 3 of which are blue and two are yellow.
- The objective is to shoot the yellow shapes to turn blue at the same time.
- Use Focused Shot (hold L2 then click L3+R3, then mark your target with R1, and release L2).

Mark the yellow targets to shoot at the same time, and then repeat the process on all four sides.
- In the middle of the room, there is now an active fanwhich you can use to fly up to your wing (square).

When you reach the top, Hold L2 to activate slow motion while you aim your bow and mark the yellow targets again.
- This part requires fast reaction time, as you only have a small window to fire your arrows.

You will only be able to shoot your arrows in a focused shot If you are above the targetSo make sure they are aligned and firing before you cross the targets.

Once you shoot three targets in the first circle and another three in the second circle, the Abyss panel will activate in the north area.

Land on the ground and use Force Palm on the Abyss Panel to activate the Abyss Gate.
As soon as the Abyss Gate activates, you will automatically unlock Lightning and Lightning Surge, and you can now proceed through the Abyss Gate to the next puzzle and claim the Abyss Artifact.
