Kakarot's Daima DLC Part 2 has an extended epilogue

The recently released second part of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot's Daima DLC has an interesting addition to the anime's epilogue that explains how the game might end up.

I think I speak for everyone except those especially confused about Dragon Ball canon when I say that it was a sad day when Dragon Ball Dama came to an end. There was a small glimmer of hope for fans of Mini Goku and the gang, however, as the anime had a surprising epilogue scene that seemed to tease the future of the series.

In the epilogue of Dragon Ball Dema, Goku, Bullma, Glorio, and Shin discover that two more Third Eyes are sitting in a jar in the Demon Realm's medicine shop. It could be taken as a joke about how the most dangerous relics in the world are hiding in plain sight, but some took it as a tease for the future. Well, Kakarot has now extended that epilogue further, for obvious reasons.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot was recently added to Daima's Epilogue

We can all see why, though

Earlier today, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot's second Daima DLC launched (literally Adventure Through the Demon Realm Part 2) wrapping up the anime's story with even more engaging CC2 goodness. As with the Daima anime, Kakarot ends with the same stupid post-credits scene where the other evil eye is discovered. As pointed out by DbsHype, though, there's a bit more to it.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot's Daima DLC Part 1 is good, but you're better off waiting for the full thing

Kakarot's Daima expansion is one of its most unique and interesting, but is let down by how short it is.

Instead of ending there, Kakarot takes things a step further. Goku tells Panji that it feels “like bad” because he was just getting used to being Mini Goku and managed to reach Super Saiyan 4. You can probably already tell where Kakarot is taking this extra epilogue scene, because the apothecary lady offers an interesting solution.

The shopkeeper goes to find an item he never sold (read: because it only exists for gameplay reasons), before unleashing a mini bug that can temporarily turn into a baby if it eats it for a while. Goku and the gang react in shock, and suddenly the post-game becomes much more possible. Oh, CyberConnect 2, you shameless devils.

I mean, hey, there's one chance The mini bug pops up in Dragon Ball's future, but it's clearly a clever way to turn Goku and the rest of the cast into children and spend more time in the demon realm.
