Beirut: Lebanon's Middle East Airlines (MEA) said on Sunday that it has delayed the departure of some incoming flights to land in Beirut overnight until Monday morning. Israel vowed swift retaliation against the Lebanese armed group Hezbollah after a rocket attack on the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights killed 12 children and teenagers on Saturday. Hezbollah denied responsibility.
