Lords of the Fallen 2 dev promises the game will have “attractive female characters.”

Lords of the Fallen 2 developer CI Games has certainly had some takes in the past, which have proven controversial on social media. Back in January, global marketing director Ryan Hill claimed that the game would not “insert social or political agendas” into its story, claiming that doing so would affect sales, while the studio was recently threatened online for claims that it was “carrying a torch” for souls. To put it simply, it's no stranger to feedback.

It's possible that this reputation has enabled others at CI Games to speak out about “political agendas” and preferences, as CI Games CEO Marek Tyminski has now joined the Hill in claiming Lords of the Fallen is no longer “politically correct”, and that's why the first game had a “Physical Type A/B” option.Political correctness and filtering mean that not every decision is timely.”

Lords of the Fallen 2 dev promises the game will have “attractive female characters.”

Tyminski says that things are very different since he became head of the studio with the role of CEO, and says that from 2020 CI Games “Many wrong decisions have been overturned and reform will continue.”

Lords of the Fallen Dev is wrong about politics, and Alden Ring proves it

The most successful FromSoftware game is also its quest.

I guess in some way to prove this, Tyminski starts responding to the studio's fans under his tweet, first saying that one fan is “right” saying “the game is meant to be fun…not politically correct”. Elsewhere, he appears to confirm that Lords of the Fallen 2's “attractive female characters” will have “revealing costumes and armor”. He doesn't mention whether these characters will be NPCs or the player themselves, but they will be there. In any case, right now, we're still waiting for a proper release date for Lords of the Fallen 2, which appeared at the Game Awards with an edited gameplay trailer. It's still penciled in for 2026, though it doesn't seem like a specific release date is close to being released at the moment.
