Oda has already hinted hockey users of 3 new winners in Straw Hat Pirates

In the last saga of a pieceThe hockey power of the winner is more important than ever. Oda recently introduced a powerful bunch of characters in his story, called the Holy Knights. At the same time, the likes of the Five Elders have also made their move, just like the World Sovereign, Emu. All of these characters are special, and their existence in the story emphasizes the Conqueror's Haki for one main reason – it's their only major weakness.

All of these elites of the World Government and Celestial Dragon ranks are immortals with the power of rebirth. As such, without attacks coated in victorious hockey, they cannot be beaten. This lie was repeated once again in the Wano Country arc, where Usopp stated that his Haki was so strong that its reverberations were being felt in Onigashima Castle. At the same time, Usopp draws parallels with Noland the Liar, who was a powerful warrior.

Usopp wants to be like the proud Elbaf warriors, and for such a character, gaining the power of Conqueror's Haki would be a way for Oda to demonstrate his incredible fighting spirit and indomitable will. While Usopp's chances of awakening the victor's hockey are not that great As Sanji, he should be on the run, and that goes without saying.
