Through the Sacred Ground is an optional mission Path of Exile The quest-giving NPC at The Forest Encampment is encountered during Act 2, where players must find the “Golden Hand” at the behest of Yina. Completing this mission is a little more difficult than most, as the quest objective doesn't specify where to find the Golden Hand or even where to find it.

How to start from the holy ground on the road to exile
Through the holy land place
To start through Sacred Ground, you must first complete the following two missions Path of ExileAct 2:

After these two side quests are completed, a new quest marker will appear above Yena's head in the Forest Encampment, and players can talk to her to trigger via Sacred Ground.

Where to find the golden hand
Yena will ask players to find the “Good Man's Hand” with the quest objective “Find the Golden Hand”. The Golden Hand is found in The Crypt (Level 2).Which is located north of The Forest Encampment, south of the crossroads.
Here is the route you should take to get to the crypt:
- The Forest Encampment -> The Oil Fields -> The Crossroads -> The Fellshrine Ruins -> The Crypt -> The Crypt Level 2.
In The Crypt Level 2, keep exploring the area and eventually a quest marker will appear on the map overlay as players near the location of the Golden Hand (shown below).
The “Golden Hand” is hidden inside a large white altar and will drop to the ground when players interact with it.
If you can't see the action prompt, press Alt to highlight the altar.
Pick up the Golden Hand when it falls and use the portal scroll to bring it back to Yena in the Forest Encampment. Yena will provide you with a “Book of Skills”. A passive skill point and Two passive respec points For players to use.
As a quest item, the Golden Hand cannot be sold, traded, or deposited into a stash. It will remain in your inventory until you complete the mission.
