Proportional Distribution Contract Guide to Marathon

Equitable Distribution Traxus is the preferred contract that players will receive after joining the faction, and it is also the contract with the most stages. This deal comes in 4 parts, and it requires you to find items and enemies alike. As such, we've got this guide to help you through the dangers that await you.

Below, you'll find an easy to follow step-by-step process for completing all 4 equal distribution quests. Marathon. We've listed the steps and locations you need to reach, along with tips on how to ensure a successful evacuation so you don't get stuck in a loop.

Players can join the Traxus Faction in Marathon by completing a priority deal that takes them to Dire Marsh. Here are all the steps to take.

How to carry out proportional distribution [1/4] In the marathon

Get the self-erasing data drive from the second floor of the hauler

1. Go to the perimeter and go to the hauler to the west.

2. Enter the second floor via the stairs.

3. A self erasing data drive is found in a locker on the west wall.

Deliver the data drive to DCON within the time limit

1. With a self-erasing data drive, you have a 3-minute timer to deliver it to DCON.

2. Open the map and look for the DCON icon.

3. There are 4 surrounds in each corner of the map, the closest being the north of the array.

4. Interact with DCON and drag the self-erasing data drive from your inventory to the DCON inventory.

This step requires you to enter the perimeter map and go to Hauler, the POI immediately to the west. Once here, there will be a server room on the west wall on the second floor, containing a locker with a self-erasing data drive.

As soon as you pick it up, a 3-minute timer starts. Failing the timer means you have to try another game. As such, you should only pick up a self-erasing data drive when DCONs appear on the map. Simply take the self-erasing data drive to the DCON and leave it inside.

Call the transport drone through the second-floor terminal to the algae ponds

1. Run the Dire Marsh map and venture to the center of the map for Alga Ponds.

2. The main building, south of “LG” in “Algae” on the map, contains the terminal.

3. On the second floor, you'll find a lab area with a terminal. Interacting with it will start the audio broadcast.

Exfil UESC supplies and drones revealed

1. Go to the center of the algae marsh and look south.

2. After the audio plays, a traffic drone will spawn and travel directly north.

3. Find and shoot the transport drone.

4. Loot the transport drone for the items “UESC Supplies” and “Drone Manifest”.

5. Xfill from Dire Marsh with both items in your inventory.

Both of these steps can be accomplished in algae ponds in Dire Marsh. On the second floor of the blue building is a terminal, which you can interact with to listen to audio and create a transport drone.

After destroying the transport drone (which follows the northern road), you can loot the UESC supplies and the drone manifest. What remains to be done is the export with these items.

Scan the drones in the tunnels under the station (0/3)

1. Enter the perimeter and head northeast of the station.

2. Inside the main building, you can go inside and go down the stairs to find the garage.

3. Inside, you can discover multiple drones that can be scanned.

4. One is on the platform to the right.

5. Another one is by the crane on the shelf.

6. The last one is in the southeast corner.

Deliver volatile gunmetal resources to DCON on the periphery (0/7)

1. Volatile gunmetal can usually be measured around the station.

2. After you find 7, open the map and locate DCON.

3. The nearest DCON should be south of the station.

4. Drag unstable gunmetal from your inventory to DCON.

Both of these steps can be completed from within the station, POI on the perimeter. To start, it's best to go to the station's main building and enter the garage area via the stairs that take you to the tunnels. You will find many drones, but only some can be interacted with.

As for Unstable Gunmetal, you can track it down as a valuable item, but you'll find plenty of stuff at the station. With 7 or more, go to the DCON icon on the map and collect them to complete the quest.

How to carry out proportional distribution [4/4] In the marathon

Trace commander location south of terminal south of relay

1. Enter the perimeter map and go to an unmarked location far south of the South Relay.

2. You'll find a small facility here, and you can enter through a hatch in the roof.

3. There are explosive traps inside, so be careful.

4. Locate the terminal in the north room and activate it.

5. You can exit by destroying the 4 red light boxes inside the facility.

Receive credentials from UESC Commander

1. The location of the UESC Commander will be marked on the map (our answer was Riley).

2. Ignore the timer, as when the UESC commander spawns, not when he leaves.

3. Approach the POI where the UESC commander is and kill him with his soldiers.

4. Loot the UESC Commander for UESC certificates.

This last part of the quest takes you back to the perimeter, where you have to start at the South Relay. Head south of the South Relay to find a small facility on the edge of the map, and inside a booby-trapped building is a terminal that reveals the location of the UESC Commander.

With the UESC commander's location, open your map and identify where he is, then go there. The timer is nothing to worry about, as it only tells you when it spawns. With his arrival and death, you can pick up the UESC Certificate item to finish the quest.
