Rainbow Six Siege reveals the Year 11 roadmap

Where things get a bit interesting is that, unlike other operators, Snake is able to hold up to five different secondary gadgets at once. So, using his ability to scavenge, Snake is able to store items in any of his open gadget slots, allowing him to adapt to different situations.

New weapons are also on the way, including Snake's Tacit 45 secondary pistol. Alternatively, the Solid Serpent's primary weapons could be the PMR90A2 designated marksman rifle or the F2 assault rifle. Even better, the F2 can now use grip attachments.
