It's quite surprising to see Sasuke not properly using the power of the six paths with his Rinnegan in the Boruto series, especially in the manga. Shinju, who everyone else seems to have a Rinnegan, doesn't even use its most basic powers and it's just for show.
Since Sasuke also lost the Rinnegan, the Eye is officially dead in the series and it's highly unlikely that anyone else will get it. Instead, the Rinnegan is replaced by another powerful eye in the Boruto series, and that is the Kokugan.
