While they are nowhere near the level of popularity and success of Deku and Uraraka, they are getting more love and attention from fans with the release of MHA: Vigilantes Season 2.
Like Deku and Urara, Koichi and Pop became step friends. It is clear that Pop Step loves Koichi in his heart, but the latter is always ignorant of his feelings.
