Thankfully, in the Elbaf flashback, fans got a good look at the strongest characters who existed and fought at the top of the era during the Rocks.

Captain John
Known to be a member of Rocks Pirates, Captain John was a powerful devil fruit user. He had power Jiki Jiki no mewhich is currently occupied by Captain Kidd. John used his power to get the treasure in the God Valley, but Ganzui took him out in one fell swoop. Among Devil Fruit users, he is definitely one of the weakest.
Ganjui
Ganzui was another member of the Rocks PiratesAnd he also possessed a very strong ability. He had power Bomu bomu no meIn the current timeline Mr. Powered by 5. With its power, he was able to blow up Captain John in a single strike, and this shows his immense control over the ability.
Gill Buster

One of the most brutal members of the Holy Knights, Gunko only served as God's Blade during the God Valley incident. Still, of his power Aro Aro no Mi were as dangerous as ever. in fact, Gunko was so strong that the Celestial Dragons even bet on him for a 1v1 battle against Garling.. With her power to create arrows and launch sure-hit attacks, Gunko was truly a monstrous fighter.
Kaido

Although God is not involved in the valley, Sengoku was clearly one of the strongest characters of the time.
