The best build for Diablo 4 Season 11's tower is already evident

Towers and leaderboards are finally making their debut Diablo 4 Season 11 after being teased in the lead up to the season premiere in December. After the leaderboards are removed from the game, as well Diablo 4In the previous competitive dungeon, The Gauntlet, back in Season 6, players have been waiting for some sort of replacement. Now that the tower is filling this void, Diablo 4 Players are probably looking for the ideal build to top the leaderboards, and Paladins has the clear best option.

With the debut of Paladin in season 11, the meta Diablo 4 has changed dramatically. The previous powerhouse that was Spiritborn is still a viable option with its fantastic Evade build, but Paladin has eclipsed the class in terms of build ability. As such, Paladin will likely make a big push to earn the top spot on the leaderboard once the tower goes live, and Auradin will likely build to reach this position.

Towers and leaderboards are set to go live in beta on January 12th at 11am PST, so Blizzard warns that there may be some bugs in the initial experience.

I've played over 80 hours of each Diablo 4 class, and here are my official rankings

After 11 seasons and a solid chunk of time with each of Diablo 4's classes, I've determined the best overall classes in the game.

The Tower of Diablo 4 Season 11 will be dominated by Auradin Paladins

While Paladin is blessed with many meta builds Diablo 4 In Season 11, the Auradin build moved to become the best of the bunch. This is an adaptation of the construction Diablo 2's iconic Paladin build that uses the class's Aura mechanic to deal damage without having to swing a weapon and passive buffs. Since the Paladin was already built as a tank, in the “sword and board” category Diablo 4Being able to avoid enemies' attacks while dealing passive damage in return makes Auradin's playstyle appealing to many players.

Auradin Paladin makes it so strong

  • Defiance Aura – 75% armor and resistance increase
  • Bigotry aura – 12%+ attack speed, 4.8%+ crit chance, weakens enemies for 4 seconds
  • Holy light aura – Damages 3 nearby enemies every 1 second
  • Dawnfire Unique Gloves -Holy Light's passive now deals [150- 300%] Fire damage every second around you. Each time an enemy dies within this aura, its damage increases by 50%[+] for 15 seconds, up to 10 times.

There are a few key ingredients to Ordin's success Diablo 4 Season 11. As the name implies, this build derives most of its power from the Paladin's three Aura skills. Defiance Aura and Fanaticism Aura boost the player's armor, resistance, attack speed and crit chance, while debuffing enemies, and Holy Light Aura damages enemies within range of the paladin. Adding the Dunfire unique to the mix turns Holy Light saw damage into fire damage that scales with each enemy killed within paladin's saw range. As a result, the player can essentially hit a snowball to create a powerful ring of death around them that allows them to remain tanky at the same time.

The tower appears to have been built for the construction of Auradin

In The Tower, players need to race against the clock to complete a multi-floor dungeon within 10 minutes, using Pylons to gain buffs and increase their score before time runs out. With the release of Tower in the Diablo 4The game will feature a total of 3 time-based dungeons with The Pit of the Artificer and Kurast Undercity. All of these dungeons favor classes that can quickly clear out hordes of enemies for the best chance of success. This makes Auradin the perfect candidate for a tower powerhouse as it thrives on creating an area where enemies that enter are quickly melted away.

Diablo 4 Season 11 Tower Leaderboard UI

Although the leaderboards are broken down by class, Oradin seems early to grab the top spots for Paladin's leaderboards. Other builds that will likely find spots on their respective class leaderboards are Evade Spiritborn and Earthquake Barbarian. Both of these builds emphasize speed and mobility while dealing massive AoE damage. Diablo 4 Builds that emphasize these features are going to find the most success in the bi-weekly rounds when the leaderboards are active throughout the season.
