But if you catch Pidgey early and train it right, you can ensure a great partner Pokemon with Pidgeot, the last form of the evolution line.
It's especially powerful if you're comparing it directly to Ferro, who, while a good choice, has low scores on HP, Defense, and both special stats. Pidgeot also got Mega Evolution, so you know it has to be good.
Dodrio
What's scarier than a bird coming straight for you at high speed? This three-headed bird is taller than the global average height of humans. At an impressive 5'10″ (1.8m), Dodrio is a true triple threat, with an amazing pace position and an exploitable attack.
