Built on Sulani's world lot and using the Reef Finery lot type, as well as TwistedMexi's TOOL mod, the cute little house sits right on the shore, overlooking the pristine waters and surrounded by small but lush greenery and a handful of palm trees. The home's exterior features white wood paneling with a semi-wraparound porch, complete with small cushioned benches and potted plants for an extra pop of color. A quick swim is located just steps away from the porch, adding an undeniable sense of luxury to an otherwise simple beach establishment. The Sims 4.
