The U.S. Justice Department on Wednesday submitted a deal with Boeing in which the aerospace giant will plead guilty to misleading U.S. regulators that led to the 737 Max jetliner crashing two planes before it crashed, killing 346 people. A detailed plea agreement was filed in federal district court in Texas. The U.S. company and the Justice Department reached an agreement earlier this month on the broad terms of the guilty plea and settlement.
