Each week, Siren Isle will revolve around one of three themes: Vrykul, Pirate, and Naga. These modifications change enemies, weekly and world quests, and rare spawns found on the island. Some rarities are found in the same locations each week, while others only spawn in the Tempest version of Siren Isle, for example, which fans can unlock by completing an Elite objective each week.
