ZA's Mega Delfox is incredibly easy to get (and shiny too).

Pokemon Legends: ZA It's been out for about two weeks, and it's split its playerbase in two with its gameplay loop. Some fans love it, and others hate it Pokemon Legends: ZAThe review bombardment proves it's a polarizing entry to say the least. Among the decisions that surprised some fans and caused controversy is the fact that some of the highly anticipated new Mega Evolutions have been gated, both for three-week ranked seasons and behind a paywall, as NSO membership is required to obtain them. One of them is the Mega Delfox, which is debuting in a few days.

Pokemon Legends: ZAMega Greninja and Greninjaite were rewards for participating in ranked battles and reaching from Rank Z to Rank K, and are still available. Considering the rewards for reaching each rank in online battles, players should try to reach rank A before the end of the season, for both Seasons 1 and 2. However, the fact that Delfoxyte is now paired with Rank S and Greninjite makes these long-requested megas much more accessible. On top of that, Mega Greninja is one of the best Pokemon to use Pokemon Legends: ZA Ranked battles, so even fans who didn't have it at the start of Season 2 can get it much faster.

Getting to rank S is not a tall order, and it can be done even with non-optimized teams. This is the reason Pokemon Legends: ZARanked battles include a number of challenges that can be easily completed and award points regardless of final placement. These are:

• Defeated X-Pokemon: 10 points for each opposing Pokemon defeated in battle.
• Face the first attack: 10 points for attacking an opposing Pokemon before anyone else.
• Face the final attack: 10 points for being the last to attack an opposing Pokemon.
• To claim the first item: 10 points for being the first to pick up an item.
• First in Mega Evolve: 10 points for Mega Evolving a Pokemon first.
• Innocent lived: 10 points to players whose Pokémon do not faint.
• Fresh opposition hunter: 10 points for attacking an opposing Pokemon at full health.
• Mega Evolution Destroyer: 10 points for defeating a Mega Evolved Pokemon.
• Mega-Evolved Master: 10 points for using Mega Evolution to defeat the opposing Pokemon.
• The most active attacker: 10 points for landing the most attacks.
• Plus Move Master: 10 points for using plus moves to defeat the opposing Pokemon.
• Scatter Attacker: 10 points for defeating at least one Pokemon from each opponent.
• A highly effective attacker: 10 points for using super moves at least 5 times.
• Three-in-a-row KO: 10 points for getting three KOs in a row.

How to get Shiny Fennekin in Pokemon Legends: ZA

For those who are wondering how to evolve Shiny Fenekin in Delfox before Season 2 starts, there is a very easy and effective method. Pokemon Legends: ZAWild Zone 18 is the only place where Fennekin spawns in the entire game, and it only spawns on rooftops where no other Fennekin or different Pokemon can spawn.

However, there are two benches in front of the entrance to Wild Zone 18 on the roof, which fans can use. Pokemon Legends: ZAThe bench-resetting shiny hunting method quickly resets Fennekin without a shiny appearance. This can be done either manually by pressing A near the bench and then having the character move towards the bench after a cutscene, or by using the Turbo Controller. Since there are so many critters in this area, players will also be able to hunt for shiny:

• Bagon (ground level near the entrance to Jungle Area 18, two units)

• Alpha Salamance (ground level near the entrance to Jungle Area 18)

• Alpha Lopunni (ground level, near the scaffolding that leads to the roof where Fenekin can be seen)

• Swablu and Altaria (right roof after entering jungle area 18, only available during the day)

• Noibat and Noivern (roof right after entering jungle area 18, only available at night)

• Fennekin (above the roof, the area dedicated to Swablu and Altaria or Noibout and Noivern, visible from outside the entrance to Wilderness Area 18)

• Eevee (spawns during the day with clear weather on the roof opposite the entrance to Jungle Area 18)

• Trubbish (ground level, to the right of the scaffolding that leads to the roof)
