Vegapunk Lilith
Lilith is one of Vegapunk's six satellites. Each satellite forms one of Vegapunk's attributes, Lilith being his evil side. Lilith, besides York, is the only fully alive piece of Vegapunk's mind. Others fused to form one body and would be with the Hereds in Vetheria. From egghead arc, Lilith is traveling with the Straw Hat PiratesAnd many believe she could be the next to join them.
Lilith is a brilliant scientist, and the Straw Hat Pirates currently have no one to really fill this role. Lilith can be important in helping to upgrade a weapon, develop one of the sunnies, or ancient weapons. Lilith has a shot at joining, but she could also choose to stay in Elbaf after the events are over.
Manmeyer Gunko
Gunko is now a major antagonist a piece elbaf arc. Saint Manmair Gunko is a holy knight Joe arrives in Elbaf with Shamrock at the beginning of the arc. Gunko was always extremely dangerous, but after his body was taken over by an emu his power reached a whole other level.

Many fans were sure Yamato Wano goes to join the Straw Hat Pirates. after all, Yamato himself asked Luffy to joinAnd until the last moment in Wano, it looked like they would go ahead with the Straw Hat Pirates as the new Oden of this generation.
However, Yamato changed his mind, and instead, decided to stay back and protect Wano. With Yamato's cover story now over, they may now actually be able to travel. Yamato can capture the Straw Hat Pirates. Yamato is extremely powerful, and also a victorious Haki user. Their power will be important in the upcoming arcs.
