8 Anime Villains Who Do Not Stand a Chance Against Tien

Tien Shinhan has been part of the Dragon Ball franchise for almost four decades and is now considered Earth’s strongest human, aside from Krillin. Like most Dragon Ball heroes, Tien is a master martial artist who can fly and fire Ki blasts. Thanks to his skills and superhuman physical abilities, Tien could easily beat powerful villains from other anime series.

Many anime villains who don’t stand a chance against Tien are powerful fighters in their respective universes. One is an immortal ninja, while another is a near-indestructible pirate with powerful transformations. Tien could destroy these anime villains with his martial arts, and he could vaporize or pierce others with his signature Ki attacks.

Kendo Rappa From My Hero Academia Might Have Devastating Punches, but They’re Nothing Compared to Tien’s

In My Hero Academia, the Eight Bullets were an elite group of villainous Yakuza members, and Kendo Rappa was the group’s best melee fighter. Kendo loves violence and bloodshed, but he has a sense of honor when it comes to combat. Thanks to the Strongarm Quirk, Kendo can rotate his shoulders at extreme speeds, which allows him to perform a near-endless barrage of bullet punches.

These punches deal significant damage because Kendo wears special metal gauntlets which augment the force of his enhanced punches. Kendo’s punches might be strong and fast, but Tien’s punches are much faster and stronger. Tien could dodge Kendo’s bullet punches with ease, and even if they did hit, they might just scratch him a bit. Tien could hit Kendo with a barrage of superhuman punches, which would be too fast to block and break every bone in the Yakuza’s body.

Tanya Akulova From Darker Than Black Would Be Snapped Like a Twig if She Fought Tien

When Hell’s Gate and Heaven’s Gate appeared in Darker Than Black, thousands of humans gained supernatural powers at the cost of their emotions. Tanya is a Contractor who worked for Russian Intelligence, and she has the power to control insects. She can make swarms of insects attack and devour her opponents at frightening speeds, making her one of the strongest insect users in anime.

Tanya might be a threat to every normal Earthling, but she couldn’t do anything to Tien. For starters, Tien could avoid Tanya’s swarms by flying off or dashing in another direction. Simply powering up would cause all the surrounding insects to disperse or die. Tanya might be a Contractor, but her body is still human, which means Tien could dash up to her and snap her in half with a single martial arts move.

Hidan From Naruto: Shippuden Would Be Destroyed by Tien, Even if He Is Immortal

The Akatsuki was the main villainous group for much of Naruto‘s story, and Hidan was the organization’s most sadistic member. Like most of the Akatsuki’s members, Hidan was an S-rank rogue ninja who could take on a Kage-level opponent. Hidan gained immortality through experimentation and used a forbidden curse which turned him into a living voodoo doll.

If Hidan had superhuman strength like Tien, he could easily cut the Z Fighter and ingest some of his blood to trigger his curse, but that is not the case. Not only could Tien easily dodge Hidan’s scythe attacks, but he could shatter the weapon with a simple palm strike. If Tien decided to go all out, he could break every bone in Hidan’s body, rendering him immobile. Hidan might be immortal, but he cannot regenerate, which means Tien could destroy him if he vaporized most of his body with a Ki blast.

The Deep Sea King From One-Punch Man Would Be Destroyed by Tien’s Fully Powered Melee and Ki Attacks

There are plenty of strong monsters in One-Punch Man, including the Deep Sea King. He enjoyed inflicting pain on others and was powerful enough to defeat a few low-ranking S-Class Heroes. The Deep Sea King is a gifted hand-to-hand fighter with borderline superhuman strength and durability, and his physical abilities increase whenever his body is exposed to water.

Saitama destroyed the Deep Sea King with a single punch, and although Tien is nowhere near as strong as Saitama, he could still beat him with melee attacks. It would likely take a dozen punches and kicks, but at full power, Tien could break the Deep Sea King’s body. This monster has accelerated healing, so there is a chance he could heal. Fortunately, Tien could take the Deep Sea King down with a Dodon Ray to the chest or head.

Esdeath From Akame ga Kill Would Get One-Shotted if Tien Landed a Punch

The Empire was the primary enemy in Akame Ga Kill, and Esdeath was one of its strongest and most feared generals. Despite her sadistic and barbaric tendencies, Esdeath is ranked among the most powerful anime waifus in history. Not only is she a master swordsman with enhanced physical abilities, but she can create and manipulate ice thanks to the Demon’s Extract Teigu. She can also temporarily freeze time.

As skilled as Esdeath is, she doesn’t have superhuman speed or durability, which means she couldn’t react fast enough to block Tien’s attacks. Tien could avoid all of Esdeath’s icy projectiles with his speed, and he could shatter her massive constructs with his bare fists. If Tien landed a serious punch on Esdeath’s face or kicked her at full strength in the gut, he would one-shot her.

Guess the anime from the emojis.

Yakumo Oomori From Tokyo Ghoul Would Be Destroyed by Any of Tien’s Ki Attacks

Yakumo was an S-rated ghoul who developed a brutish, cruel, sadistic, and violent personality after being subjected to intense torture. He was the final villain of Tokyo Ghoul‘s first season. Yakumo wears an old-school hockey mask, which is why he became known as the 13th Ward’s Jason. Like other ghouls, Jason fed on human flesh, but he was known to cannibalize other ghouls to enhance his own strength.

Yakumo possesses superhuman strength because of his eating habits, and his Kagune produces a pair of tentacles that can shred his prey into pieces. His evolved kakuja creates partial armor and turns him into a blind berserker with incredible destructive power. Thanks to his years of martial arts training, Tien could easily dodge Yakumo’s attacks, which would essentially be moving in slow motion. Given his healing capabilities, Yakumo could withstand Tien’s melee attacks, but he would be vaporized if he got hit by Tien’s Tri-Beam blast.

Nnoitra Gilga From Bleach Would Have His Extremely Durable Body Shattered if Tien Unleashed a Flurry of Melee Attacks

As the 5th Espada, Nnoitra was one of the strongest Arrancar in Bleach. The argument can be made that Nnoitra was the best pure fighter among the Espada, and according to him, his Hierro was the toughest. This meant his body was immune to most forms of physical damage because it was more durable than steel. Not only does his body become more durable when he releases his Resurrección, but he gains additional arms with blades that can slice through flesh.

Nnoitra is skilled, but Tien is much faster, which means he could dodge all of Nnoitra’s sickles, even if he attacks with six arms at once. As durable as his body might be, Tien could shatter Nnoitra’s bones and rupture all of his organs if he unleashed a flurry of superhuman melee attacks at full power. Tien’s Dodon Ray is designed to pierce an opponent, and it would be strong enough to easily pierce through Nnoitra’s body.

Kaido From One Piece Might Have a Near-Indestructible Body, but Tien Could Vaporize Him With a Tri-Beam Attack

Kaido was the main villain of the Wano Country Saga and reigned as a Yonko for more than two decades. He can transform into a massive azure dragon and assume a hybrid form because of his Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit. Both of these forms can defeat a small army. Not only can he use all three types of Haki and their advanced applications, but his body is virtually indestructible. As a result, there are only a handful of One Piece characters who can surpass Kaido.

Tien is by no means the strongest Z Fighter, but he would automatically become the strongest human in the One Piece universe. At full power, Tien’s punches could break through Kaido’s Haki defenses, to the point that even his bones would break. No matter what form Kaido takes, his body couldn’t withstand the piercing power of Tien’s Dodon Ray. Tien’s Tri-Beam attack may not have killed Cell, but it has gotten much stronger in Dragon Ball Super, so much so that it could probably vaporize the Yonko’s body.
