8 Marines with high capabilities, ranked

Marines are the strongest people a pieceWorld governments are expected to be the primary force used to curb the power of pirates across the seas. Being the military face of the world government, the Marines have always needed powerful men in their ranks. This includes people at the top of their powers who are strong enough to go out and stop strong pirates, such as admirals.

At the same time, there are people who are not yet at their peak, but are full of potential and have a bright future. These people need some time to perform at their best and reach sky-high levels.

Helmeppo

• Current Rank: SWORD Lieutenant Commander

Helmeppo may not be the strongest man in the navy, but he's certainly a student Garp is proud of. Helmeppo has a good ball up his sleeve. Now, he holds the rank of Marine lieutenant commander, which, while not the highest, seems to lead him to a higher rank. Compared to other Marines in One Piece, fans can be sure that he will not reach the highest level. Still, he knows about Haki and is strong enough to fight some of the Blackbeard Pirates' underlings, as seen in Egghead. In time, Helmeppo will bring out his full potential.

Hibari

• Current Rank: SWORD Commander

Hibari is a member of SWORD who is shown to be fearless and her mission to save Kobi goes to show that she has a very brave heart. She is also very powerful and fans have seen her use some of Vegapunk's machinery in battle. She is full of potential, as Garp labels her as one of the people who will light up the world in the future and terrorize pirates.

Hibari has a long way to go and he is definitely far from reaching his peak. However, it can be said that he has a lot of potential and, at the very least, could become a very strong Vice Admiral.

Prince Grouse

• Current Rank: SWORD Rear Admiral

Prince Grouse is one of the most skilled men within the navy. He is a rear admiral of the Marines and is definitely a force to be reckoned with. He has the power of Gunyo Gunyo no Mi, a paramecia-type ability that allows him to produce clay-like substances and manipulate them at will.

In the Ahead arc, Gruss shows why he's as dangerous as he is. Considering he's already a rear admiral, it won't be long before he becomes a vice admiral, and potentially, in the future, he could even go on to become a navy admiral, especially since Garp seems to have a lot of faith in him.

Kuzaku

• Current Rank: SWORD Rear Admiral

Kuzaku is Tsuruki's granddaughter and that alone gives her many abilities, making her one of the most outstanding naval officers of the new generation. He is also a rear admiral like Prince Grouse, and fans know him to hold the power of Muchi Mucho no Mi. Using this ability, she can turn her sword into a whip and can bend people and even inanimate objects to her will.

His ability is very exciting and fans will get to see it many times in the future. Given her bloodline and her abilities, fans know for a fact that she is going to make a great future for herself and rise to the highest ranks, possibly even becoming the first female admiral.

Vice Admiral doll

• Current Rank: Vice Admiral

Vice Admiral Doll is a very powerful person and fans recently saw a display of power in the Egghead arc. He has great control over armament hockey and observation hockey, which is expected since he is a vice admiral and they all have this skill. She can also use the Six Powers, as seen recently in Egghead when she fought giants.

The doll was able to take Kashi down with a powerful punch, and it became clear that she used an ability similar to Ryuu's in achieving this feat. It is a clear indication of the fact that she is not that old and that she may become an admiral in the future.

Tashigi

• Current Rank: Sea Captain

However, Tasigi has been disappointing on several occasions a pieceFans know he has big ambitions. She must be strong if her dreams are to come true. Right now, Tashigi is the rank of a sea captain, which means there are many people who are higher than him in terms of authority.

Still, Tashigi is quite strong. She can already use two types of Haki, and she is also a six power user to an extent. After Punk Hazard, she has made herself stronger. In the future, fans can expect him to fulfill his potential and become a navy admiral.

• Current Rank: Marine Vice Admiral

Among the Marines, the person who is probably going to be on top at the end of the story is none other than the smoker. Fans know him now as Vice Admiral, and he is one of the brightest stars within this organization. He has the power of Logia-type Moku Moku no Mi, and using this ability, he can create, control, and turn into smoke at will.

Smoker also has strong hockey, and in the future, he will no doubt become either an admiral or a fleet admiral of marines.

When it comes to potential, fans know that Kobe might have the most within the Navy range. In the Egghead arc, his training with Garp that he endured during the timeskip finally showed its colors and allowed him to destroy an island-shaped arm with a single blow. Kobe has immense control over Haki, and at the same time, he is also an excellent user of the Six Powers. He aims to become an admiral one day, and he will definitely reach that position as that is his biggest dream. He wants to stand up to the strongest pirates in the ocean right now, and most of all, he wants to stop Luffy from becoming King of the Pirates in his tracks. It won't be easy for him to accomplish this, but Eiichiro Oda has definitely set him up to accomplish this in the final saga, and it's something that fans are eagerly waiting to see.
