Gerard Valkyrie
Gerard is one of Yowatch's elite royal guards, but more importantly, he is the soul king's sensitive heart. That is why he was born with “The Miracle”, a script that makes the impossible possible. Although Aizen can cut Gerard in half, “The Miracle” will resurrect Gerard and make him stronger than ever. Aizen can use everything BleachKido's strongest spells, and Gerard can break them all if the odds aren't in his favor. Ichibe Hyosube
Ichibe is the commander of Squad Zero, so it can be argued that he is the strongest Soul Reaper Bleach. He seems like an upbeat and friendly monk, but if Aizen ever makes his way to the Soul King's palace, Ichibe will tear him apart without remorse. Ichibe's power revolves around names, which are much more powerful than it sounds. His Zanpakuto's Shikai looks like a large calligraphy brush, used to cut out names.
If Ichibe hits Aizen with his Zanpakuto, Aizen's name and power will automatically be cut in half. This Zanpakutō can also release ink that can rob Aizen of his shikai, spiritual energy, and immortality if it makes contact with him. If Ichibe felt Aizen was insulted, he could use his Bankai to give Aizen a new name. If he named him “Fruit Fly”, Aizen would be as weak as a fruit. At that point, anyone would be able to squash him.

Genryusai Shigekuni Yamamoto
Genryusai Shigekuni Yamamoto founded the Thirteen Court Guard Squad and served as Captain Commander for over 1,000 years as he was considered the strongest soul reaper in the Seirei. All Yamamoto has to do is tap Agen and his body will be erased from existence. Even if Aizen wanted to get close enough to attack Yamamoto, his body would melt as Zanka no Tachi covers Yamamoto's body in a heat shield with a temperature of up to 15 million degrees.

Yowatch
Yowach Quincy is the King, but more importantly, he is the son of the Spirit King, the most powerful person. Bleach the universe.
