KYIV: Ukraine's foreign minister arrived in China on Tuesday for talks with Foreign Minister Wang Yi to discuss bilateral ties and achieve a “fair peace” in the war with Russia. Dmytro Kuleba's visit was the first by a high-ranking Ukrainian official since Russia's February 2022 attack, which China publicly condemned in the world's second-largest economy.
