Currently, fans of Solo Leveling are waiting for the third season, which is yet to be announced. The new season will cover the arcs after Jeju Island. Because of this, some characters will get more time to shine. With that in mind, here are all the people who played an important role in Solo Leveling Season 3.

Beru debuted in the Jeju Island arc, where she served as the main antagonist. He was a killing machine who easily killed many S-rank hunters, including Goto Ryuji. If Jinwoo hadn't intervened, the ants would have destroyed Korea and then the rest of the world. After the beating, Beru turned into a shadow, and he became Jinwu's most trusted soldier.
In Season 3, Sung Jinwoo will once again rely on Beruka's services. The Shadow is capable of fighting S-Rank Hunters, so Jinwoo can only avoid tough fights with him. In the web novel, there are several instances where Beru has a brief conversation with Jinwu, which shows Shadow's innocent side. Hopefully, the third season will adapt these moments.
Kandiyaru

Kandiaru, known as the architect, is the person responsible for creating the system. He has yet to be introduced in the anime, but that will change in season 3 as Sung Jinwoo will return to the Kartanen Temple, the place where the hero gained his powers.
Kandiaru's role in Season 3 may be limited, but there's no denying that he'll be extremely important to the overall plot. He will reveal why the system chose Sung Jinwoo even though there are thousands of people more powerful than him. Meeting Kandiaru will also be important for Sung Jinwu to improve his power and become stronger than kings and rulers.
Cha Hae-in

Cha Hae-in is an S-rank hunter from Korea, and is one of the few recurring characters in solo leveling. His unique style of fighting and his beautiful nature won the hearts of fans. As an S-rank hunter, Cha Hae-in was selected to go to Jeju Island, where she had to fight ants. Like the rest of the party, Hunter started strong and destroyed the regular ants, but he couldn't do anything against Beru. Cha Hae-in was seriously injured and was only able to survive because of Jinwoo.
In the third season, Cha Hae-in will try to join Jinwoo's guild. She has taken an interest in Jinwoo, and by joining the guild she will be closer to him. It's easy to see that there is a potential romance brewing between the two. Aside from her romance with Jinwoo, Cha Hye-in's own character will develop more, which is what every fan wants.
Sung Il-hwan

Sung Il-hwan is the father of Jinwoo and Jinnah. He was believed to have died after being trapped inside the gate for years. Sung Il-hwan finally emerges from the dimension and directly into the United States. The Hunter's Association didn't have to wait long to send their agents to bring in Sung Il-hwan for questioning, but they were forced to wait due to the language barrier.
When Huang Dongxu returned home, he questioned Il-Hwan. S-Rank Hunter soon found out that Sung Il-Hwan and Jinwoo were hooking up. So, he foolishly threatens Il-hwan, who later unleashes his powers. As a result, Huang Dongxu is seriously injured while Il-hwan escapes custody. Since the incident, Sung Il-hwan has remained out of sight, but he will be involved in the third season, where he will come face-to-face with the emperors.

For obvious reasons, the most important character in Solo Leveling Season 3 will be Sung Jinwoo. He is the main character of the series. So, he's bound to be the central figure in the next installment of solo leveling. The third season will follow Sung Jinwoo as he tries to form a separate guild.
The hero will also return to the Kartenan Temple, where his life changed forever. At the temple, Sung Jinwu will meet Kandiaru, the architect of the system. The latter answers some of the series' biggest mysteries. However, Jinwoo must face a tough test before learning the truth about the system. Aside from the secret reveal, Jinwoo will also gain new powers in the third season. He already has a powerful shadow over Beru, but there is no way he can stop it.
