Hashirama Senju

Wood Release is, without a doubt, one of the rarest and most highly sought after Kekkei Genkai in Naruto. The first person to wield the Kekki Genkai was none other than Hashirama Senju, the first Hokage of the Hidden Leaf. Orochimaru and many others tried to get their hands on the Kekki Genkai but most failed. Of Orochimaru's many human uses, only Yamato was able to use Wood Release.
However, he could not use Kekei Genkai to the same level as Hashirama. The latter was so adept at using wood release that he could create a giant wooden statue that dwarfed even the nine tails. He also used Kekei Genkai to take tailed beasts, which he later distributed to other villages. Hashirama's Wood Release also enabled him to dominate and defeat Madara Uchiha.
Nagato Uzumaki

The Rinnegan was the last of the three great dojutsu introduced in the series, which makes sense since it's the strongest of them. Before his death, he implanted a dojutsu on Nagato Uzumaki. As a member of the legendary Uzumaki clan, Nagato possessed sufficient chakra reserves to harness the power of the Rinnegan.

Haku was granted Ice Release, which allowed him to create various formations with ice. He can create shards of ice that can pierce a person's body and cause serious injuries. Haku's famous mirror technique also used Ice Release. While Ice Release wasn't an overpowered ability, it was certainly rare.

Ishiki Otsutsuki was a powerful warrior who came to earth with Kaguya Otsutsuki but was betrayed. After being left in horror, Isshiki takes Jigen's body and survives. However, Isshiki was unable to fully utilize his powers while inside Jigen's body.
Isshiki Otsutsuki had an extraordinary dojutsu called Kokugan. The Kekei Genkai granted him access to Tsukunahikona, a shinjutsu with which he can shrink any inanimate object and himself. If Tsukunahikona wasn't enough, Kokugan imbued Jigen with Daikokuten, another insane ability. With Daikokuten, Isshiki could block anything contracted by Tsukunahikona.
Kimimaro
Kekei Genkai: Shikotsumyaku

Kimaro was the strongest member of the Sound Five. He belonged to the Kaguya clan, which became extinct due to his reckless behavior.
