A third red card in a row, the legend of Roku is truly a saga. While The Legend of Roku itself isn't very powerful, allowing you to play the top three cards of your library on turn one and adding one mana of any color to your pool on turn two, it transforms into Avatar Roku on turn three. It's a 4/4 creature with firebending 4, which means it adds 4 red mana when it attacks, and or 8 generic mana, you can create a 4/4 dragon creature token with flight and firebending 4. 12 – Wall of Ba Sing Se

The former has a powerful, classic effect for green cards, you draw cards equal to the highest power among the creatures you control on your first turn, and in the second, it bends meaning X, where X is the number of cards in your hand. Another possible candidate for the best card in the set, and definitely in the top 5, is Wan Shi Tong, the Librarian. This card is simply awesome to use in a variety of decks and formats thanks to its flash, flight, and vigilance keywords, plus it can act as a draw engine that gets even more powerful over time if opponents use Tutor-like abilities. MTGKo Wan Shi Tong, Librarian decks often use it as a stacks piece that can easily attack and block when it is more powerful. This is incredibly easy to achieve in formats like Modern and Commander, the latter of which also has a 4-man turn cycle, meaning Wan Shi Tong can become a powerhouse if left unattended.
