While the previous series focused more on the members of Kara, this time, the focus is on a new group of individuals known as the Shinju. As fans know, Shinju are powerful creatures created from the Ten Tails, giving him this spirit. All this was completed thanks to the code, and now, Boruto Fans have some very powerful villains to watch in action.

However, of all the Shinju, there is only one that can compare to Madara Uchiha in how well he is written, and characterization. This villain is none other than that Jura, Shinju's strongest. It's been years since the Naruto franchise had a villain as exciting as Madaraand Zura may be the first since his death In the fourth great ninja war.
Zura is the best villain ever in Boruto

Jura is much stronger than Madara Uchiha
Of course, in terms of power, there is no competition between Jura and Madara. As far as power level goes, Madara can't compare to Jura because the latter is so powerful. He's strong enough to leave even Otsutsuki in the dust, and as strong as Madara is, he can't compete with that. but, Madar is still the better villain of the two.
Jura, on the other hand, has more abilities and is the first villain introduced in Boruto. After completing his character arc, he later has a shot at rivaling Madara. Fans can't wait to see how Jura develops in the future, and it will surely be very exciting.
