Where to find toilet paper
Toilet paper can be found in abundance or in abundance Any residential type area in Fallout 76. This includes any type of building with a bathroom; There is often toilet paper in or around the toilet.
Places like this are scattered pretty evenly through Appalachia, but this is especially true in the center region of the map, all the way from north to south.
That said, there are some areas that are going to have a slightly higher density of toilet paper than most others, and These will be your best bets for finding toilet paper quickly.
