Embark Studios has revealed a new set of trial challenges for Week 10 ARC RaidersGiving players new objectives to complete if they want to pursue some extra rewards. For a chance to earn these rewards, players will find themselves facing off against a variety of different types ARC Raiders' including enemies, rocketeers, shredders, fireballs, and more. While most of the tests are fairly straightforward, Embark Studios has prepared something special for gamers looking to play in the snow when they go Topside.
While the best way to get valuable loot ARC Raiders Head over to the topside and start scavenging, weekly trials give players another way to earn high-value rewards. Embark Studios releases a new set of five challenges every Monday, giving players a full week to stack as much progress as possible. Earning one star in a challenge will reward players with an uncommon item, while earning two stars will reward them with a rare item. Many players try to reach three stars, as doing so rewards players with an epic item. Those looking to go higher and higher can earn even more rewards by achieving higher ranks throughout the season. The higher a player climbs, the better the reward will be. While some gamers have criticized the trial system for being overly repetitive, other fans have said they enjoy having extra goals to pursue each week.

This week's trial threw gamers a bit of a curveball, as players aren't asked to simply destroy rocketeers. ARC RaidersBut throw them a snowball instead. It's worth noting that snowballs don't deal damage, so fans may have seen snowball fights happen in the game without any players getting hurt. To collect the snowballs in the first place, gamers will need to load into the map with the Cold Snap condition activated. Once Topside, players can collect snowballs on the snow-covered field and add them to their quick slots. After that, the snowballs act like any other throwable object or weapon, allowing players to take aim before being released.
Fortunately, Embark Studios isn't asking players to throw snowballs at rocketeers and then run away, as one of the other tests is to damage flying ARC enemies. It's a nice synergy, which will reward players for following up their snowballs with well-aimed attacks. While snowballs may be limited to the map ARC Raiders' Cold Snap conditions, flying ARC enemies can be found almost anywhere, allowing players to progress through this trial wherever they go.
