Your items should appear immediately, but may take up to 72 hours after claiming.
You need to connect your Twitch account to your Quarantine Zone: a final checking account before any viewing time is counted. You can connect your accounts from the main menu or by visiting the Quarantine area Quarantine Zone Twitch Drop Page.
