It's no secret that Baruka was on a higher level than Jinwu when they met each other in the Red Gate story arc. After all, Jinwoo failed to summon Baruka's shadow, a clear indication that there was a gap in their power levels.

Baruka, leader of the Ice Elves, battles Jinwoo with his army in solo leveling season 2. He is incredibly powerful, able to push Jinwoo defensively with his speed, stamina and relentless attacks. In fact, Jinwoo almost takes his mind off summoning shadows that could help him fight Baruka, as the leader of the Ice Elves is too powerful for him.

Baruka loses against Jinwu, his mental determination to defy the Shadow Extraction skill, not once but twice, proving just how powerful he is.

What awaits Jinwoo on the job-changing quest is the warrior who guards the vacant throne, the blood-red Commander Igris. He is a true force of nature, armed with a deadly sword that can take down Jinwoo in the blink of an eye.

Fortunately, luck is on Jinwoo's side in his battle with Igris, as the mighty warrior who worships the original Shadow Monarch drops his greatsword to match Ashborn's heir fair and square.

If Igris hadn't dropped his sword, the fight with Jinwoo might have been an easy win for him. That decision proved costly, allowing Jinwoo to take advantage, take advantage of his weakness, and turn the fight in his favor.

Silad

Sung Il-hwan

For those who don't know, Sung is Il-hwan's real mission Single leveling As part of his deal with the rulers, Sung Jinwu is to be eliminated. At the time of his release, Sung Il-wan had the strength to do it, but not the mental resolve. After all, who wants to kill his son for the sake of freedom? Certainly not Sung Il-hwan.

If Jinwoo wasn't Il-Hwan's son, the latter would have killed him shortly after returning to Earth.
