Has been a part of conversions Dragon BallDNA from when Goku turned into the Great Ape at the end of the first story arc of the series. Starting with the Frieza saga, every Dragon Ball The arc introduced new forms for the heroes and villains. Goku's transformation into a Super Saiyan in Namek was a game-changer for the changes in anime and manga, but the Goku transformation was as effective as it was because of Frieza's many changes.

While rare, some villain forms are stronger than the strongest Super Saiyan forms of their respective arcs, as Goku and Vegeta had to learn the hard way when Granolah made his debut in the Survivor Saga.

Cell's Saiyan DNA gives him an incredible amount of abilities compared to others Dragon Ball the villain After Cell survives his self-destruction in the Cell games, not only does his body rebuild itself, but the Saiyan DNA he possesses from Goku and Vegeta gives him a massive Zenkai boost that brings him from weaker than Super Saiyan Gohan to almost the same level of power as Super Saiyan 2 Gohan.

Super Perfect Cell is basically a Perfect Cell that transforms a Super Saiyan into a Super Saiyan, with the same yellow aura as SSJ1, as well as Super Saiyan 2's signature lightning bolts. Super Perfect Cell is defeated only after Vegeta distracts him in a final beam confrontation with Gohan, giving Gohan enough time to push into his Kamehameha and vaporize Super Perfect Cell once and for all.

Super Buu is already one of the strongest villains Dragon Ball History, but he becomes even more powerful after he absorbs Gotenks, Piccolo, and Gohan. Buhan is the second strongest character in the end Dragon Ball ZSecond only to Super Saiyan Vegito. No one can beat Buhan without fusion, as he has the raw power of Ultimate Gohan, the abilities of Super Saiyan 3 Gotenks, and the intelligence of Piccolo.

If Goku and Vegeta hadn't joined Vegeta, they would have totally fought Buhan. Buhan effectively has no weaknesses. Even if Gotenks diffuses, Ultimate Gohan's base contribution via absorption puts Buhan above every other character in the series (until Beerus comes along). Buhan isn't even technically defeated – Vegito lets Buhan absorb him so he can save Gohan, Goten, Trunks, and Piccolo.

Super Saiyan Rose Goku Black

In an unseen timeline, Zamasu swaps bodies with Goku using the Super Dragon Balls and begins wiping out the multiverse of humans one at a time. Goku Black then turns his gaze to Future Trunks' timeline, punishing him for traveling through time – a right Zamasu believes should only be for Supreme Kais. Initially, Goku Black cannot transform, but while he is still technically a base Saiyan, he is able to abuse Zenkai boosts to become stronger.

After surviving enough battles and near-death experiences, Goku Black is able to unlock Super Saiyan Rose: a version of Super Saiyan Blue that mixes God Ki, Super Saiyan Ki, and Supreme Kai into a corrupted version of the original form. Super Saiyan Rosé Goku Black is stronger than both Super Saiyan Blue Goku and Vegeta, but he is eventually subdued by Zamasu and quickly fuses into Fused Zamasu.

Totally fused

Using the Potara Earrings, Zamasu and Goku transform into Black Fused Zamasu. Fused Zamasu is one of the strongest villains Dragon BallSporting Zamasu's immortality and Goku Black's tremendous power level. Fused Zamasu is so powerful that Goku and Vegeta fuse into Vegeta only to fight him. While Super Saiyan Blue Vegito was technically a strong fusion, he is too strong to sustain the fusion, so Goku and Vegeta diffuse within minutes.

in Dragon Ball Super In the manga, even the perfect Super Saiyan Blue Goku can't beat Zamasu with Hakai. Hakai can erase anyone from existence, but Fused Zamasu survives because of his immortality. in Dragon Ball Super In the anime, the fused Zamasu is powerful enough to merge with the multiverse, while in the manga, he splits himself into multiple forms without losing any power. In both mediums, only Zeno has the power to defeat the fused Zamasu, literally erasing Future Trunks' multiverse from existence.

Planet Moro

By consuming planets, life energy, and absorbing the powers of his enemies (and even allies), Moro gradually grows stronger over the course of the Galactic Patrol Prisoner Saga. During the final battle with Goku, Moro absorbs Merus' powers, granting him access to Ultra Instinct and essentially making him as strong as an angel. Unfortunately for him, Merus' ability is not even enough to fight against Mastered Ultra Instinct Goku.

Left desperate and unable to contain the angel's power into his body, Moro slowly begins to fuse with Earth, becoming the planet Moro. Planet Moro is the strongest version of Moro and forces Goku to go all out with Ultra Instinct to keep up with him. Finally, the planet Moro comes dangerously close to destroying Earth. Goku manages to use Forced Spirit Fission and Uub to deliver a blow that only kills Vegeta by donating an absurd amount of Ki to Goku.

Legendary Super Saiyan Broly

Broly became a hero and one Dragon Ball SuperAfter the end of the five main characters Dragon Ball Super: BrolyBut he made one hell of an impression in his short tenure as a canon villain. Legendary Super Saiyan Broly (also known as Full Power Super Saiyan Broly) is one of the single most powerful characters. Dragon Ball. LSSJ Broly is so strong, Goku and Vegeta only need to fight him to fuse into Gogeta.

Even then, Gogeta wasn't really strong enough to defeat a full-strength Super Saiyan Broly without turning Super Saiyan Blue. The fact that Broly can keep up with Goget at all is ridiculous in terms of power-scaling, especially since Broly has no formal training and is just fighting with his natural talent. Broly can't currently activate the legendary Super Saiyan at will, but once he learns to control his powers, he could be the heroes' best shot at beating Black Frieza.

Using the Cerulean Dragon Balls, Elek wishes his brother Gas to become the strongest being in the universe, sacrificing Gas's lifespan in the process. Any time Gas is crossed by another fighter in Universe 7, Will takes more of his life to make him stronger. Granolah At the end of The Survivor Saga, Gas is a walking corpse whose powers far surpass those of Granolah, Ultra Instinct Goku, and Ultra Ego Vegeta.

Awakened Gas is an absolute monster and borderline invincible. The only reason he was defeated in the end was because Frieza wasn't in Universe 7 when Elek made his wish, meaning Gas's power-up Black Frieza failed to take into account. With a single blow, Black Frieza kills the awakened Gas and turns him to literal dust. That said, if Frieza hadn't arrived, Goku and Vegeta would probably have died at his hands instead of gas.

Black Frieza

Black Frieza isn't just the strongest villain transformation Dragon BallHe is currently the strongest non-god in the series. After training in the hyperbolic time chamber he found in another universe for ten years, Frieza unlocked his dark form and greatly surpassed Goku and Vegeta. When he arrives in Granolah the Survivor Saga, Black Frieza kills Gase with one hit before knocking out Ultra Instinct Goku and Ultra Ego Vegeta in the same motion.

Black Frieza is currently being set up to be the next main villain of the series Dragon Ball Super Manga returns, but his power level is so high, there's no one in the cast who can put up a good fight against him. until the end of Dragon Ball Super: Super HeroBroly and Gohan are the only real chance for the Beast Z-Fighters to stop Black Frieza for good until Goku and Vegeta start making some serious efforts to perfect Ultra Instinct and Ultra Ego respectively.
