She may not look like one of the strongest rangers at first glance, but she will easily defeat almost any regular ranger in a fist fight.

Robert James or “RJ” is a competent and confident martial artist

“RJ” is the mentor of the Jungle Fury Rangers and the series 'Purple Ranger'. On top of his close mastery of animal spirits, he is a true master of the Pi Zhuk martial arts and regularly schools the other three Rangers. He may seem like a complete pushover, but that's a big part of his overall battle strategy. He may have a wolfish fighting spirit, but that doesn't mean he's always a lone wolf.

Besides being a master martial artist, RJ also has a brain to match his brawn. When he first loses control of his wolf animal spirit, he takes on a werewolf-like form with some truly terrifying powers.

Merrick Baliton may look like he's in his late 30s, but he's actually over 3,000 years old. He may be trapped in another body, but that doesn't mean he doesn't hold many millennia of combat experience. He regularly returns when the Power Rangers need his help and is one of the most active Sixth Rangers in the series.
On top of incredible marksmanship, Merrick is one of the best supporting characters in the entire series. He is also the first Ranger in the series to sport facial hair. At the end of the day, his age and wisdom afford him a level of experience that no other Silver Power Rangers within the entire franchise can afford.

Trent Fernandez can teleport, camouflage, and have access to super speed

Trent Fernandez is one of the most impressive Sixth Rangers in the entire series, simply because his powers are not tied to the Morpher. Like the other Dino Thunder Rangers, he can access his powers whether he is morphed or not. However, in Fernandez's case, this means that he has an abundance of incredible powers even without access to the morphine grid.
In his base form, Trent has access to teleportation, camouflage, and super speed. This fact alone will defeat many powerful Power Rangers, but his abilities come at a terrible price at first. He may be one of the strongest Unmorphed Rangers, but he risks being corrupted at any point.

Ravi Shaw is enhanced by gorilla DNA

Ravi Shaw is one of the strongest modern Power Rangers, though that's not entirely his job. Like the rest of the Beast Morphers Rangers, Shaw is enhanced by animal DNA. Shaw's creature of choice happens to be a gorilla, which gives him some really impressive strength and prowess.
Gorillas routinely lift up to 1,800 pounds, indicating that Shaw can too. If so, Shaw has the most impressive raw power of any Power Rangers in existence. He may not get many opportunities to display his great ape strength, but when he does, it's as impressive as the strength suggests.

Dylan's cybernetic enhancements allow him to lift cars

since Power Rangers RPM Set in a post-apocalyptic world, many of the characters have certain improvements to help them in their daily lives. A perfect example of this is the RPM Black Power Ranger, Dylan. He has cybernetic enhancements within his arms that have also allowed him to lift cars.
The cars average around 4,000 pounds, making the Dillon an absolute power house. It's a relative miracle that he doesn't kill his enemies in battle, and probably has to hold back while fighting them. This feat alone makes Dillon one of the most underrated of the Rangers, and also indicates that there may be an upper limit to a Power Ranger's power. That said, Dylan isn't technically the strongest Power Ranger.

Katie Walker has literal super powers

Katie Walker is easily the most physically strong Power Ranger in the history of the franchise. She routinely lifts large pieces of debris with ease, and even lifts heavier machinery than most cars. There is no competition when it comes to a strong ranger, and Katie has proven that within the series as well.
Walker famously fought Danny the Wild Force Black Power Ranger in arm wrestling and quickly defeated him. Since he is already considered one of the strongest Rangers, the fact that Walker can easily defeat him is a credit to his strength. Power isn't everything, but there aren't many Power Rangers with more power than Katie Walker.

Tommy Oliver is the most powerful Power Ranger in the entire series. He is the longest-serving Ranger in the entire franchise, and regularly faces villains more powerful than himself. He has led more teams of Power Rangers than any other Ranger, and is always considered the true leader among the Red Rangers in the Red Special.
Oliver may not be in as many battles as Dino Thunder-era used to be, but he proves he's still a force to be reckoned with. Tommy kicks a literal Tyrannosaurus Rex, or an assimilated face of one, in the first episode of the series. He does so unmorphed and that's just a power that no other ranger can compete with.
