They are also the focus of the story. In the world of One Piece, there are three main Devil Fruit types, namely Paramasia, Logia, and Joan. All Devil Fruits are powerful in their own way and they all make the user stronger. However, some Devil Fruits are not as effective as others. In fact, some only offer upgrades, making them objectively average fruits when compared to others, and they come in all varieties.

One Piece has many powerful female characters, but few of them are of Yonko level.
Bad Normal Zoan: Hito Hito no Mi
Zoan Devil Fall category Very diverse, and it has some very impressive abilities to show for it. But, the worst of them is quite easily Hito Hito no Mi. The current user of this devil fruit is straw hat member, Tony Tony Chopper. In some scenarios, this could be the use of devil fruit. In the case of the helicopter, this is useful since he wasn't human to begin with. So for animals, this devil fruit can definitely be very useful. But, even so, there are better versions of this Devil Fruit that not only grant human intelligence but also other abilities, such as the Onyudo Devil Fruit.
When Oda was asked what would happen if a real human ate this devil fruit, Oda revealed a shocking truth that wouldn't change much. They will only gain more wisdom and knowledge. In other words, if a human eats Hito Hito no Mi, they will not gain any strength upgrades, and will only lose the ability to swim. For man, this devil's fruit will be worthless.
Worst Ancient Zoan: Kumo Kumo no Mi, Model: Rosamygale Grauvogeli
The Ancient Zoans Wano Country was the focus of the arc as many of Kaido's top teammates used some form of Ancient Joan. To be clear, none of the Ancient Johns revealed in the story so far are actually evil. They all offer some kind of interesting power, but not all of them are equally impressive.
It's easy to say that out of all the Ancient Zoans seen in the story, the worst is out of the bunch. Black Maria's Kumo Kumo No Mi, Model: Rosamigelle Grauvogelli. This Devil Fruit basically allows Black Maria to transform into and use the powers of the Old Spider. However, looking at its abilities in the manga, it's not all that impressive. Its most notable abilities include giving Black Maria the ability to create spider webs, but they are rarely used properly in combat. All the other ancient Zoans in one piece are very impressive.

Worst Legendary Zoan: Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Onyudo
Like the ancient Zoan category, it's a little hard to call Legendary Zoan devil Bad fruit. Of course, Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Onyudo is the worst of the bunch, although it still has its positive aspects. The Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Ate by Onyudo Onimaru. This Devil Fruit was manifested in Wano, and was eaten by a fox named Onimaru, who was the pet of Shimotsuki Ushimaru. The devil fruit allowed the fox to turn into a monk yokai.

That being said, the Onyudo Devil Fruit gave him some interesting abilities, such as the power of speech and intellect, as well as some blades to use. With this, Onimaru was still able to give Zoro some trouble and could be considered quite an upgrade to the likes of Hito Hito no Me. Obviously, while this Devil Fruit isn't all bad, it doesn't compare to other Legendary Zones, such as Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika, or Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu.

Worst Paramasia: Jake Jake no Mi
Paramecia devil fruits are very varied and diverse. With that in mind, the endless options available for this category make it some of the worst devil fruit a piece Come from this.
While there are many terrible Paramecia out there, the worst of the lot is Jake Jake no miAnd this is because it has very limited utility. In simple words, this devil fruit allows to become a human jacket. Other than that, the user of this Devil Fruit cannot do much by himself.
They need to be worn by another character instead in order for them to work. Of course, there are some very specific scenarios where this Devil Fruit can be useful, such as eating a top-tier Jake Jake no Mi and being worn by another top-tier character. Overall, however, this Devil Fruit ability doesn't seem worth the marine nerf that comes with it.
Worst Logia: Numa Numa No Me
Like the legendary Zoan category, it's a bit unfair to find Loggia Devil's Fall That would be poorly qualified. After all, Loggia Devil Fruits is the most sensational class of the series. Until the proper introduction of Haki, it was almost impossible to beat one of them without using elemental counters. That being said, there are definitely some loggia devil fruits that are worse than others. Probably the least impressive Logia Devil Fall there is Numa Numa No Me, Also known as swamp devil fruit. This fruit was eaten CaribouAnd while it has its uses, not many would say it's even comparable to other Loggia Devil Fruits like Yami Yami No Mee, Magu Magu No Mee, or Pika Pika No Mee.
Despite all that, Swamp Devil Fruit has some advantages though it lacks in the offensive department. Its most notable ability is its storage capacity. Caribou were shown to be able to store many people within their swamps. On top of that, this fruit still comes with the abstraction of Logias, which on its own, still makes this fruit worth it as it makes it very difficult for anyone without hockey to defeat its user. All things considered, this is a very impressive devil fruit ability. However, it is not as impressive as the other loggias introduced by Oda in the story, making it the “worst” or least useful.
