Multiple Shadow Clone Jutsu
Multi-Shadow Clone Jutsu It has always been a forbidden technique, and this is largely down to the fact that it quickly splits the user's chakra, which can push them to the brink of death. This technique has been used extensively by the Seventh Hokage, Naruto Uzumaki, and his chakra reserves are so large that repeating himself thousands of times over has no effect on his body. This means he can use this forbidden jutsu safely.
This jutsu was introduced early in the Naruto series, but is just as effective as it was in Boruto. Besides Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha also learned to use this technique as an adult in the Boruto series. Unfortunately, Boruto's chakra reserves are not sufficient to practice the safe use of this forbidden technique.

Rasenshuriken
Rasenshuriken An incredibly dangerous jutsu created by none other than Naruto Uzumaki. He created this jutsu in the Naruto series shortly before his battle against Kakuzu. To use the Rasenshuriken, Naruto Uzumaki first creates a Rasengan and then infuses it with Wind Release, Wind Release: Rasengan, and then applies a further shape transformation to it. Perfecting this creates the Rasenshuriken.
This technique is incredibly dangerous because it damages opponents on a cellular level and causes so many microscopic tears in tissues and organs that even a Sharingan cannot count them. At the same time, this jutsu also damages Naruto's own chakra circulatory system. However, Naruto later learned to defeat this technique, eliminating all of its dangers. Rasenshuriken is still a Forbidden Jutsu, but using this technique no longer affects Naruto Uzumaki.

Another underrated forbidden technique exists in the Boruto series Byakugo. This technique was perfected by Tsunade Senju and has been passed down to Sakura as well. Byakugo requires the user to store a constant supply of chakra at a specific point on their body, usually the forehead, over several years.
This chakra is opened at once using techniques like creation rebirth. This technique grants the user a large amount of chakra, and at the same time, increases their regeneration rate to sky-high levels. Even things like bifurcation cannot kill the user when using creation reincarnation. Any and all damage is healed almost instantly, and it is almost like the user becomes immortal for a small period of time. Even the Ten-Tails Madara's power was not enough to keep Sakura down when using Byakugo's power. This is definitely a forbidden technique because it has long-term effects on the user's body, forcing cells to divide rapidly and slowly pushing the user to the brink of death.

Reaper Death Seal
The Reaper Death Seal It has always been a forbidden jutsu due to its dangerous nature. Essentially, this technique summons the Shinigami itself and rips out the target's soul at the cost of the user's own life. It's a double-edged sword, but it's definitely a very clever last resort. It was used by Minato Namikaze to seal half of the Nine Tails inside him, and then again by Hiruzen Sarutobi to seal Orochimaru's armor and take his jutsu. This technique is still alive in the Boruto era, given that the Uzumaki clan still exists. Whether or not one can actually use this power remains to be seen, but characters like Orochimaru can summon shinigami, which means he should be able to use this power well.

Forming eight inner gates This is one of the most powerful taijutsu techniques in the entire series. It was perfected by Might Guy and is currently run by Rock Lee in the Boruto era. Forming the Eight Inner Gates removes various limitations in a person's body, allowing them to bring out their absolute maximum potential in battle. However, it puts a lot of stress on the user's body, and opening it all the way to the eighth gate can even kill the user, so it is a forbidden technique.
In the Fourth Great Ninja War, Might Guy used the power of the Eight Inner Gates against Madara Uchiha and completely defeated him in battle, but nearly died in the process. Rock Lee has mastered all eight gates by adulthood and is one of the strongest ninjas in the Boruto series. That said, his technique is still a forbidden jutsu.

Izanami This is a very dangerous technique used especially by the Uchiha people. In the current Boruto era, this technique can only be performed by Sasuke Uchiha and perhaps Shin Uchiha. Sarada is too young to know how to perform a jutsu like Izanagi, especially considering its cost.
Izanami is a very strong jutsu that allows the user to set up a loop that repeats itself over and over again until the target accepts it. This jutsu was first used by Itachi Uchiha in his fight against Kabuto Yakushi by setting up a perfect loop. Itachi was able to take Kabuto out of the battle completely and force him to admit his true self. This jutsu was initially developed as a counter to Izanagi, but it comes at the cost of lighting up one of the Sharingan, making it a forbidden technique.

Izanagi
As Izanami is a forbidden jutsu, so is it Izanagi. Izanagi is a very deadly ability that allows the user to turn illusions into reality. This jutsu can rewrite reality however the user wishes, and that is its true essence.
Once again, this comes at the cost of lighting up a Sharingan, and that's exactly why it's a forbidden technique. That said, it is incredibly deadly, as it can even revive the user from death, altering reality in the process.

Edo Tensi

Quite easily the most deadly Forbidden Jutsu to be introduced in the series Edo Tensi. Its full potential was revealed in the Fourth Great Ninja War, where Kabuto Yakushi used it extensively to bring back various ninja who had already died in the battle against the Shinobi Alliance.
Along with Kabuto, this jutsu can be wielded by a still alive Orochimaru. He actually used this jutsu once in the past during Konoha Cross, and over the years, he's sure taken it to new heights. Orochimaru is still one of the most dangerous people in the entire world, and even though he's not active in the story at this point, it goes without saying that his arsenal of jutsu is incredibly impressive.

One of the most dangerous Forbidden Jutsu in existence Boruto series, Rinne Tensi Can only be performed by those with the Rinnegan, and Sasuke Uchiha is one of them. As seen in the Naruto series, the Rinne Tensei allows the user to bring anyone back to life using the power of the Rinnegan. It is the secret seventh path of the Rinnegan that rules life and death, and its power is truly terrifying.
Nagato Uzumaki used the power of this eye to bring back the devastated population of Konoha once and for all. Sasuke Uchiha can use this power to bring back anyone from the dead, but the cost of using this technique is the user's own life. It is precisely for this reason that it is prohibited.
