Go to the mine through the entrance up the hill to the left of the Pokemon Center. After you cut through a few fences, you'll eventually reach the Smelling Furnace. Go into the mine, and you'll see an area to the left with some large rectangular stones that you need to push using Strength. The rocks have a sort of poke ball symbol. The magazine is behind these rocks.

Go into the mines through the entrance on the right side of the Pokémon Center and follow the hallway until you reach a room with lava falling from the ceiling. There should be a hole in the wall directly opposite where you entered, up the path. The magazine is there.

Go to the small hill south of the limestone cave entrance, where the crops are growing. There, you should see a newspaper among some sacks and crates.
Poke Life Dev Diary #5 – Sparkling Skylands
From the main road in front of the large building on the middle island, go to the east side of the island and look for a breakable wall. Inside, down the long hallway, and down the stairs. When you reach the bottom of the stairs, punch through the glowing blue blocks in front of you until you reach the stone. On the other side of the boulder will be a ladder that drops down to a room with a magazine.
