You can't get in without a key, so it's wise to collect some when you're ready to rise to the challenge.
- Repair kit upgrades Allows you to carry additional charges for your repair kit when you leave the shelter. These are especially useful as you gradually upgrade your repair abilities to a unit printer, as late-game enemies will deal much more damage than in early areas – it's wise to be able to heal as often as possible.
- New outfits For Hugh and Diana, accessible from a wardrobe selector in your shelter that allows you to customize the look of your dynamic duo of heroes.
- Plant information Be available at your shelter's terminal to provide at-a-glance information about the various enemies you're fighting. You'll see everything from their name to their general attack style, and this is mostly what you'll get when choosing a random reward.
