Dubbed the most brilliant scientist in history, this man was responsible for most of the advances seen in Eiichiro Oda's world-famous series. His most spectacular inventions and devices, such as the machines used to clone himself and separate his consciousness into many different vessels, are too advanced for any other character to ever replicate.
Vegapunk was even able to trick the World Government into allowing him access to forbidden knowledge so that he could use it against them when the time came for the people to finally rise up. His Devil Fruit, the Brain-Brain Fruit, is considered one of the strongest abilities in the series, as it has given him the ability to absorb infinite knowledge, as well as the means to fully remember it. In the hands of someone less capable, the true potential of this treasure might have been lost, but Vegapunk used it to push the limits of humanity, leaving behind a legacy of genius.

Kiyota Ayanokoji – Class of the nobility
Raised as part of the White Room program created by his father, Kiyota is an uneasy combination of natural-born talent and extreme pressure, resulting in one of the most manipulative people on the show. He tends to hide his true intelligence behind a detached persona, allowing others to believe him superior to the boy. When this happens, he manipulates events from the shadows, controlling people's reactions and ensuring that his plans go awry.
What separates Kiyotaka from other anime intellectuals is his willingness to sacrifice his morals in order to achieve his goals, traits he achieved during his time in the mysterious and inhuman White Room. This pushes him to consider ways and solutions that others may ignore because of their cost or collateral damage. Most people around him don't even notice his manipulations and schemes, proving just how much thought and talent lies behind his regular student persona.

Although it is not uncommon for anime to have dystopian worlds with terrorist protagonists, these stories focus mainly on the main character becoming stronger and using their abilities to overthrow the government. Code Guess The hero, Lelouch, prefers to take a completely different approach, using his unique mind control abilities and superior intelligence to destroy his father's empire piece by piece.
Due to his noble upbringing, Zero was trained in most fields from a young age, making him more adept than many other inhabitants of the Britannian Empire. Combined with his brilliant strategic mind, which can solve almost any problem in seconds, you have an adversary worthy of an entire nation. While some of his plans can be seen as morally reprehensible, no one can deny the level of wisdom he possesses to bring down an entire empire single-handedly.
