How to make Fafnir shield guard in Gorod Krovi
Fafnir could be the guard of the shield Made in Operation Bunker. There aren't any other crafting tables, so you'll have to build one here, but it's still plenty of space for you and get another one if you need to.
How to upgrade the Guard of Fafnir Shield in Tiamat's Maw in Gorod Krovi
Once you have the Guard of Fafnir Shield, you need to get 30 zombie kills with it.. You can achieve this by using R3 to grapple them, so try and do this in the early rounds, as you won't get points, you'll get easy kills.
There will be a unique sound that plays to indicate that you have received enough kills. Now, you can find unique purple symbols in three locations, and you can use the Guard of Fafnir's fireball attack to shoot them down:
- Dragon Command: On the left side, when facing the platform to summon a dragon.
- War Factory: On the giant robot's right shoulder.
- Supply Depot: Look up from the Groph cylinder to find this symbol on the ceiling.
Finally, you have to wait around for the dragon to breathe fire on the ground. you need Grab your shield and stand in the fire for the rest of the fire. Don't worry, holding the shield makes you immune to its damage, but zombies can still break the shield, so be careful.
If done correctly, you'll hear yet another strange audio cue. now, Take the Guard of Fafnir to spawn, where you can interact with the dead dragon's guts to shield. It will now rise and become Tiamat's Maw, which has more health and damage!
