A Lego Fans managed to convert popular Pokemon Eevee sets to Pinsir without using any extra pieces. Lego Pokemon The sets have been available for over two months now, but not without problems. When these sets were first unveiled and made available for pre-order ahead of their February 27th release, the Kanto badge collection that accompanied the Venusar, Charizard, and Blastoise sets sold out almost immediately. Likewise, a larger $649.99 set soon followed, leaving fans to wonder if it would return on release or shortly thereafter.
Pokemon As a hobby is often plagued by scalpers, which is a common problem for the TCG portion of the franchise, to the point that a Pokemon Card Shop cuts corners on booster packs to discourage scalpers. Scalpers bought LEGO sets in bulk to resell them online, and the problem is likely to continue as new sets are revealed this year. Still, despite the many sets on the way, the number of Pokémon represented in LEGO builds is extremely low compared to many series features. For now, only five critters have a dedicated set, including Eevee.

Build a custom Lego Pokemon Pinsir from the Eevee set
LEGO fan and skilled builder Minute_Food_2881 shared a post on Reddit showcasing another of their creations: a Pinsir made entirely of Eevee set pieces and nothing else. Minute_Food_2881 is well-known within the LEGO community on Reddit for creating seemingly impossible LEGO constructions from existing kits, which they then upload to Rebrickable with instructions to copy their creations. In this case, Pinsir has a happy-looking expression, but retains all the characteristics that make it a fierce Pokemon.

Minute_Food_2881 recently built a LEGO Deku Tree set from a different kit, showing off their skills once again. Speaking of, the LEGO Deku Tree is officially retiring at the end of this year, so this could be the next great thing for those who missed out on this fan-made build.
Minute_Food_2881, known as CreationCanvas on Rebrickable, appears to be using Lego's Eevee's fur Pokemon Set to form Pinsir's spiky pincers, as well as its claws. Eevee's legs also seem to be used to make Pinsir's own legs, while the possible arms may be using the design mechanism for Eevee's ears. The white parts that make up Pinsir's eyes and teeth don't stand out on the Eevee set, but they're actually part of it, as shown in brickowl.com's detailed breakdown of the set's pieces.
Interestingly, CreationCanvas also made Bidoof from LEGO's Eevee Pokemon set, showing how versatile this set can be in the right hands. The main limitation to other Pokemon creations comes from Eevee's fur color, but even then, there are plenty of gray pocket monsters that can be imaginatively created from this LEGO set.
