Canonically, Gura Gura no Mi is a devil fruit that can destroy not only the island but the entire world. That story is told by Oda himself, and fans can quickly understand why this is the case.

This devil fruit allows the creation of earthquakes and tsunamis. By going all out or awakening this devil fruit, its user can destroy everything with natural disasters. In that sense, its destructive potential is the greatest in the entire story.
